Pterodactyl feet clear jelly discs in my sump?

weird ?- my sump has these strange clear looking discs stuck to the sides that seem to have a Pterodactyl foot imprint... trying to find out if i need to get them out of if they're on the good list. ty

I cant tell from the picture (maybe I dont know what pterodactyl foot print looks like ) what your seeing.Can you get a better pic?

I know the bunches of random white discs on my glass are eggs from the nerite snails. Not clear though.
