Pump for Phos Reactor

I was wondering what you guys use for a pump on your phosphate reactors. should I go with a fairly cheap one? The two fishes calls for 80-100gph. Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

I use the Minijet 606 on its lowest setting. I'm feeding two Phosban Reactors with it and it does an excellent job.

depends on the application, I'm pumping up quite a bit, I tried an mj400 but it didn't half enough power to pump up, the mj600 was to much once it pumped uphill, I used a ball valve on the mj600 once it climbed the height and turned it down to a trickle.

I just put a tee off my GenX4 return pump with a couple reducers readily available at home depot to a john guest 3/8 fitting. I started adjusting the flow by opening the tee.

I was thinking of using the mini jet 404 its like 18-108gph, or the Via Aqua 180 its max is 106gph, but as you know the reactor comes with a valve to dial back the pump, unless I use the mini it has speed settings

The pump only has to pump up to the reactor (which will be right next to the sump) from the sump maybe 12-16"

Use the Minijet 404, you need water contact with the media, no issues with head loss, end of story.
