Pump Selection

[PSU4ME]

I'm looking to get opinions on the following brands of pumps as I'm not sold that either of them is the clear winner. All are similar enough to through price out the window. i'm interested in your experiences on sound, reliability and flexibility/features.

VarioS
Ecotech Vectras
Neptune COR

If there is another thread that did this just point me there! I plan on buying two so that i have a backup on hand but i prefer to not have one break down.

My opinion varios & vectra are best. But I do have jebao as backup. I don’t know much about Neptune cor? GLWB

I have to agree
The neptunes pump has issues
The other 2 are definitely better quality

I think One of the Neptune Cor's needs an Apex to operate.

I’ll have the apex. The 15 plugs in but the 20 can go standalone.

I have been running a COR 20 for about 2 years, no issues and happy so far. Runs my 180 at 50%.

I have used the varios for 2 years. Great pump no issues. I personally haven’t used the vectras or the cor but have heard ppl having issues with both.

I run vectra m1 for 4 years and die but ecotech replace it assp and send me a vectra m2 see how it go
