Question about Purple PVC primer

Was going to start up my plumbing for my LPS tank, ......and was wondering if the purple primer for the pvc cement was reef safe? It will have well over 24 hrs before it touches water.

yep its all safe... as long as its dried.

I use it all the time never had a problem.

oh and do it in a well ventilated room... that stuff smells so bad

I hate the look of it, I always use the clear the color is just so the plumbing inspector can see that primer was used in all joints.
