Question about rodi filters

So my tds is reading 6ppm out of rodi... do I need to change the filters..the di cartage.. or both? Thanks

How old are the cartridges?
How many gallons through them?
Are you on well water?
What temp is the water at?

Age - 7-8 months
Temp of water around 60 I think
Roughly 40 gallons of made rodi a month

How many cartridges? That doesn't seem like a lot of water passing through thm but i guess its all a function of the TDS of the water going into it.

Regardless, TDS of 6 isn't good in my book. Replacing the DI will probably take it to 0 for s short time but it will get used up quicker. If you had to stagger the replacement, i'd do the cartidges first then the DI.

Its a 6 stage so 5 and a di.. and I just made about 55 gallons of rodi for my water storage.

Is it coming out of the DI side at 6ppm? If it is the resin needs to be changed. It is common to get small traces of tds out of the membrane.

Do you what the TDS going into the DI chamber is and has the pressure dropped at all? A drop in pressure from my prefilters is an indication that I need to change them. Also, do you use color changing DI resin? Mine changes from blue to brown when it has been exhausted.

Yes 6 ppm right out of the di side ill check the tds before the di as well..
