sounds like 1 return pump either has more back pressure or is dirty since it is working harder to spin the motor casing a larger draw than 30 WI just got a new kill-a-watt meter. One of my 30w returns is taking 36w, the other just 28.

I didn’t know it was possible, I got a used UPS and they put a new battery for me for cheap.Have you thought of just upgrading the amperage with a new battery? That is what I did with the free UPS I got and the wiring was super easy and I upgraded to a LiFePO4 battery with battery management system which is much better than the standard lead batteries.
Similar to above but have you thought of just upgrading the battery to one with more amperage? I used the same exact voltage for the UPS I got and upped the amperage (ah) significantly for longer backup times.

Yeah, that’s a good idea. I would like information on that just in case my power goes out because the location I live in the power went down once and I got lucky that the power went back on after 30 minutes, but we never know when the power goes out, especially winter time snowstorm.Battery Backup- Do you run one? if so what are you operating? what system are you running to power it? is there a sequence of operation an load shedding setup if you run a controller on your system?
Can anybody send me a link that I can look at power supply for my breeding system? If anything goes bad and winter time I would appreciate it. Happy ReefingYeah, that’s a good idea.
