Question - white-spots on live rock

I had notice for the past week or so that there are some white round spots started to appear on my live rock and tank. Does anyone know what it is and should I be concern about it. It's a 55g tank and has been up for about 9 years, but the spots just started about 1-2 weeks ago .

do the white spots move could be flatworms .they start white then turn brownish red when they get older. flatworm exit works wonders if its flatworms

No, it does not move at all. Everyday, I starts to see more on the rocks.

I guess it is, what a relief . This happen after I added a bunch of snails to the tank. Thank you!!!
