red/pink hairy worm thing?

i found my coral banded shrimp eating a worm looking thing thats about 3inch roughly.. its red/pink and hairy and has like black eyes? any idea what this could be.. first time ive ever seen anything like this

With out a photo I'll guess bristle worm. Harmless but gross to look at in my opinion.

+1 on bristle worm ........not bad for the tank but bad for the eyes and really inchy when you do touch them......if you have a problem with them get yourself a corris wrasse to eatem up
