Got this tank in a trade but I found a bubble in the seam and

If I had the tools and knowledge to reseal/reinforce I would because it's a nice tank.
Tank is clean and in great shape. I see no visible scratches. Comes with all plumbing just no stand.
I have it in a warehouse in Johnston, RI right off the 295 exit.
