What are the best reef food. I have heard that reef roids and reef chili are good, but do you have any suggestions.

I want to grow my corals fast and healthy
Make sure your PAR levels are where they should be by using a PAR meter, make sure your calcium, alkalinity and magnesium are where they're at and keep up good tank husbandry and let the tank mature and they will grow quite well...
What sucks up MAG in the tank?
