+1 I used one for a year and it worked great. With the new sump in the basement I am using a single 36" 96 watt 6500k pc light and my cheato grows like crazy..

I used to use HD CFL 5000K (day light). I now use 3W GU10 cool white that was previously on my DT. I don't notice any change in chaeto growth rate.
