Refugium Lighing?

Will this light work for a small cheato refugium that will either be in the rear chamber of my innuvo 20g nano or in a HOB filter?

I wouldn't think it would grow cheato that great. Likely low power and wrong spectrum.

IMO, a HOB or AIO chamber fuge probably won't do a ton for nutrient export.
