Removing Coralline Algae from dry tank?

Hello all,

Is there an easier way to remove coralline algae off of an older, dry tank than scraping for hours? Possibly a mixture of hot water and vinegar? Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

water and vinegar will work, if you let sit in there for a bit

I found a bit of soaking & then the scraper worked very well

Don't mix the vinegar with water. Just lay the tank down and pour on a couple cups of white vinegar - enough to coat the pane. Let it sit for 10 minutes, and then it's very easy to scrape the glass clean (I used an acrylic cut-off to avoid scratches). Then just rotate the tank to do each pane.
