Rest In Peace Lil' Buddy

smcnally

Tankless
One of my first fish ever was found dead today. Poor lil' guy was dead at the bas of the rock and looked like he was attacked by my Coral Banded Shrimp (that bastard!).

I will miss this guy...R.I.P Mr. Algae Blennie...or as my wife so affectionately named him "Blemmie" :(

Awhh, bummer.

He was a beuat.

That sucks Steve, those fish are so full of personality. Though they are usually one of the least colorful fish in a tank, they never fail to reach the status of "one of the favorites" in a tank do to that unique personality. :(

sorry Steve.....my daughter cried when ours died last year....

sorry man, I dread the day mine passes, Lexi my 4 year old named our grumpy
bfree:(

I'm really sorry to hear, Steve! Tammie's probably right, though. It may have been that he couldn't bear to leave.

Sorry Steve, that stinks. It's one thing to lose a fish, it's another when you've been it's mother nature for a few yrs :(

Sorry to hear that Steve.
I lost mine in hypo treatment about 3 weeks ago.
He was our favorites also and was one of my biggest reasons for going through all the trouble with hypo.I really wish he would have made it back into the nice clean display. But,I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
I'm not sure if a CBS can take down a Blenny.I do remember having a lot of comotion in the tank one night and my CBS had a grip on my blennies fin.
Took that CBS for quite a ride.lol

Aww, that's too bad. I too lost both my blennie's (one in each tank) last year. I replaced them with scooter blennie's. They are cute too. So sorry for your loss.
