RO-DI Filter System PSI question

Has anyone had issues with the input/supply PSI levels?
Has anyone had to install a regulator at the input to reduce the supply pressure to an acceptable value?

My supply water pressure is 96 PSI which is way to high according to the manual. Apparently the system will not function correctly when the supply is too high (or too low).

what gauge are you getting the 96PSI from?

The gauge is a 0-100psi MFG:parts2O, model:TC2104
Used with 1/4" npt
I just tee'ed it to my incoming supply line.
I also tested the output of the pre-filters, input to RO membrane, and it was 94-95psi

Installed a Pressure regulator and the best TDS reading was 35PPM @60PSI.

Pre-filters are all that is left

My system is hooked up in my basement to my slop sink. Off the sink faucet I have a splitter, the kind for garden hoses, and I have to keep the side for the RODI turned down. If I open the valve all the way my pressure is way to high. Using the splitter I can keep the pressure right where I need it. I also installed a permeate pump to help regulate the pressure and keep my storage tank a bit fuller.
