Those clowns are awesome, if you ever frag the rastas I will pick up a few heads, the tank is insane great job

That's looking really good,Shane.
I always thought those shallow tank with a lot of flow would be awesome for zoas and palys.
I remember seeing one at Kiah's (Michelle,Inland Reef). The zoas were doing great in that tank.

Havent posted anything in a while, heres a new zoa colony I picked up

Tiny tuxedo urchin trying to decorate itself with a giant frag,

My lawnmower who is more like a dog, he follows me around, he gets right up against the glass and looks around like, "I know your out there!"

Acans

Anyone know what kind of algae this is? Cant find anything like it online, Good, Bad? Came in on a frag I got, grew even after dipping. It has a cool looking growth pattern just don't want it to take over or anyting

Padina gymnospora, I think, also called scroll algae.

Thanks man, gonna see I I can cut the small rock it's on and glue it somewhere. Can't touch my beloved zoa! Lol

If you don't mind me asking, where's that zoa colony from? Super nice.

Shh petco in Plymouth lol
Saw it and couldn't say no $20

I gotta go to petco again. Lol. That's where I got my grade a Picasso clowns from actually.

Was doing a water change tonight and this little guy popped up out of the sand, never seen it before but very cool looking. I watched it until I dug back under the sand.
Jet black Stomatella, the underside is pure white though, moved wicked fast too

Nice! We have a couple baby black stomatella in the 180 at the shop but none are that size! Things pretty neat! Reminds me of the ones I saw in Key West, which makes me assume the black ones are native to Caribbean waters.

Why are we never content. I was thinkin the 400w radium was a little too strong so I swapped to my dual 250w that I had in the basement. First set of pic is 14k ushios and the second is 20k radiums, radiums win! I like the two lights better than the centered 400

Looking wicked good

Wow, love that rimless shallow tank, Shane.
That gives a completely different look for viewing.
I've seen some awesome zoa colonies in a tank that was very similar in size.

Thanks guys, so far the tanks mostly full of zoas/palys and acans, with a few other goodies here n there. Still not completely happy with the aquascape yet

It is better than anything I have going on right now.
