Based on those three comments, and the amount of respect I have for the peolple who posted them, I'm out

yeah,,i only remember hearing couple good things about them..mainly it was regarding CS (but i could be mistaken on the vendor)..but yeah,,it looks like the overall satisfaction is mixed 50/50
some had no problems and some did...

i think i would probably avoid them regardless as apparently they have no phone contact #. not good.
