Screen name issue

Hello, so I am not sure if this should be here or in the website forum. Here is my issue. My membership screen name is Dekon. Been a member of BRS for 13 years. Got a new lap top and logged in the BRS and it asked for my screen name and password. Well, I always kept my setting to stay logged in and forgot my password. When I went to the forgot password it sent me an email but the screen name was Dekon70. I tried several times and on different platforms with the same result. I can not get a link sent with the Dekon screen name. Just trying to get back on here. I used the Dekon70 screen name so I could post in the help section. If you need to, please delete the Dekon70 account and if possible send me a new link to reset my Dekon password.
