Hey fellow reeferes,

Sea cucumbers? Good addition to the reef/CUC? Have one and don't wanna put it my display as I read it can disembowel if scared or frightened nuking your TANK? TIA

I have two for 2 years now and they keep my sand nice and clean.

I have a filter feeder and sand sifters both doing great have had about 6 mths.

As others have stated the sand sifting ones the ones that look like Mr hanky are fairly safe.

ive had a sand sifter for about 5 years. never a prob for me. thinking about getting a few more i have a 155 and 1 just dosent do it but does a great job

Yeah he has cleaned the crap out of my QT freaking glass is spotless LOL. How would I tell what kind it is mostly hangs out on the glass, but then again there is no SB in my QT sooo....

filter feeders have a bush/tree like thing to filter with sand sifters dont

I have one in my 72 and it goes a great job cleaning my sand
