Siphon Break when running penductors

Is there a way to create a break when using these? Seems the break doesn't happen until the level gets pretty high in my sump.

Makes me a bit nervous

why not just drill a 1/16th inch hole in the pipe/lockline at the waterline? (pointing downwards so it doesn't squirt your lights )

I tried that but there was a LOT of pressure coming out that little hole

Decreasing the pressure by drilling a hole will significantly reduce their efficiency. They are designed to use pressure....

Looks like I just need to work on adjusting them so they don't fill the sump when the power is cut and pull air from the penductor
