I don’t think originally when responded he was a paid member. He did sign up may 2nd 6:12 PM. I’m guessing maybe membership activation had not activated since post looks like membership was at the same time as post. Probably signed up after unable to DM. Like @BiGGiePauls33 said non paid members need to post 25 posts to be able to DM.
