Don't let the colonies marinate they will trigger other colonies to start STN/RTN pull them frag and dip. Then put them in quarantine to see if they will stablize
You have construction going on, the result could be an increase in bacteria due to increased contaminant in the air and now in your tank. Too much bacteria can wreak havoc on coral tissue. As well gassing off of anything that cures might have adverse effects. The problem is figuring it out. Lots of water and carbon changes. Then I would be looking at my dosing regiment and trying to ween the tank down to decrease the bacteria slowly.
As well as checking all systems like RO Salt mixing container for contamination.
In the end it is guess work hopefully you can neutralize it sooner than later. and sometimes you never figure it out it just stops and you wait until your are comfortable it has stopped.
