Is southdown really that good?? I tried to give away abt 25 lbs and got no takers. I guess I should just hang on to it and use it for my new tank setup

Sorry I think any reference to "Marco Sand " was in jest.
I do have a bit of the old SD but I'm hanging on to it for future personal projects.
For my installation work I've switched over to the caribsea. It's just another thing in the hobby/ business that's gotten expensive.

I'll be using Calcite in the next tank. SD is all gone except for the few people who have some stashed away. Calcite isn't as fine but has some sharper edges which should round off over time.. No sand storms!!
