stand capacity question

Hey guys, quick question... I'm about to upgrade my 180g to a 220g (72x24x30). The stand for the 180 is one of those store bought stand that uses 1x3 wood as the frame. The footspace dimension will fit the 220g (72x24) but will the stand hold the additional 40g of weight?

Honestly, I dont know how the stand held my 180 in the first place.. but it has no problem doing so for the past few months. So before I put my 220g in its place, i just want to make sure some people have done this before. Thanks.

if it falls you still have the 180. i don't know thats a lot of water to vac up

I don't know how thoes store bought stands hold up that much weight...... I would be nervous about even putting the 180g on it....... IMO I would not trust another 40g of weight. I personaly would do a DIY stand where you know it is going to hold that kind of weight. You going to put too much money into to the hobby to see it crash to the floor.
I would upgrade the stand.
