A lot depends on what kind of space you have to work with. If you're planning on putting the sump under the tank then you're restricted by the size of your tank to what can fit underneath it. You also have to make sure that the tank isn't so tall that you're not going to be able to access your equipment IE putting skimmers in and taking them out. So if you're going underneath that tank what are the dimensions?

Tank is 4 ft square tank , I plan on running sump to a different room so I’m not worried about the length of it my issue is I guess building the best possible sump

Good luck finding the perfect sump, but I'm not sure it exists. I have several systems running and all have evolved and barely resemble their original configurations. Changing from socks to fleece, adding cheato, upgraded UV, and the list goes on. I believe the best sump is the one easily modified and doesn't break the bank. Look into 40B DIY kits or specifically Fiji Cube sump kits. I'd build a 60B for the system you've described.
I currently run 4 sumps of my own design and a lifereef system with the refugium and their awesome skimmer. The lifereef is pretty, but my sumps are more flexible and all 4 were less than the single Lifereef. Best of luck in whatever path you take.
