That is very true.
A bounce yuma is a yuma with UV damage.

Saw a few people buy bounce jaw breakers recently. Only for them to revert to normal jbs after a few weeks under correct lighting

A famous author (name withheld) wrote an article about “making” bounce mushroom years ago, not sure if it still exist, talked about using UV to stimulate rhodactis mushroom to let them “bounce”, basically created a medical condition for the mushroom.
Mushroom can loose its bounce once they get “healthy” or healed.
