not new at all. my SPS are finnaly recovering and what turned brown is now getting its color back.
its like a cap but doesn't whirl like capricornis.
it just plates out like a shelf.
i wish i remember where i got it from.
i can't get the red to show on camera. its not in the front only along the back so far and a small section thats in the lower right middle.
i'll have ray get a photo of the frag in his tank to show the deep purple rim

i just took this pic under 2x55w PC helios bulbs

the colony i have is at least 5x8. speaking of colors hows the soly? are you swaping out sumps. i want to buy your (my) old one

The soly is definitely growing and starting to get some color. (I suppose your going to want it back soon ) the green Acro frags are also growing and coloring nicely too. And yes I am swapping out the sump, I hope to complete that this weekend. I need to complete the plumbing to the basement. Ray has also expressed interest in that very rare highly customized / modified sump. Call me.
