Trouble with hospital tank mainly Tang

at first she had ich put her in hospital tank and the tank is hyposalinity and been there for over a month to month an a half She got really white at one point but color has returned She has no appetite and stays at bottom corner of the tank. Once in blue moon will swim around been feeding the tank purple kelp with vitamins and garlic also giving them omega frozen Brine here are some pics and wanna know some thoughts

How large is the tang and how large is the qt tank?

Not sure what size you have but tangs don't do well in smaller quarantine tanks.

A QT tank for tangs needs to be something over 75 gallon or it will stress out.
