Tube anemones

does anyone have these i really like them alot but dont know much about them id b interested to hear from reefers that do and their experience with them... thanks
 
Never had any but I assume they eat small foods ,maybe even filter feeds. Seen some really nice ones over the years
 
Me to i have done a bit of research but u never learn the full scale of something till u talk to someone who has had and cared for one they r non photosynthetic so must b just like sun coral or dendros thanks for ur response
 
They will eat anything you give them. The meatier the better. I had a pink with green mouth 6 years ago. Potent sting though with very long tentacles (5-6”) especially when healthy, so keep them away from your corals. You have to immerse their bodies in the sand and only expose the polyp with tentacles. They can spook you when you try to move them, freaky beautiful thing though.


Mine was the same as this one, they’re expensive too I think.

Thanks for ur input what happened to it? In ur experience was it easy to keep?they r very beautiful i think it would b the perfect addition to my tank in a dark cave area i have
 
Easy to keep. Feed it a couple times a week and you’re golden
