Video. Please help. Water flowing over baffles

I tested my sump, but somehow didn't realize the baffles don't work so I have stagnant water. I need to cut my acrylic baffles down a bit. Only problem is I don't want to take the whole tank off the stand to do so. Can I cut the acrylic baffles any way with water in the sump?

You could try scraping off the cylicone and removing the baffle closest to the return pump. Have you tried increasing the flow of the pimp a little?

More flow won't help, the last baffle is to tall. So that's the water level of the sump. I am wondering if maybe I could cut it with a dremel

Water and electricity don't mix... Acrylic snaps off. If you could outline rectangles with a sharp tool you could use some pliers and apply enough pressure to snap the acrylic.

You could drain a portion of the sump and then dremel it.
