I have been thinking about adding a vitamin supplement to my feeding regiment. Currently I feed mysis shrimp and nori both of which are soaked in garlic guard for about 15min.

Should I add a vitamin supplement as well? And if so recommendations?

its up to you , are youre fish growing and acting fine ?

if they are i would skip out on all the extra ....... me and my friend would take ro water or dechlorinated tap and let the vitamin pill desolve then trow it in food or the water ..(we tried this on stingrays fresh and salt ) and they would eat alot when they were finicky eaters

I feed a lot of cyclop-eez which is already enhanced. However, if I am feeding other foods, I will add selcon. I find it does help maintain fish coloration, especially with fish such as Anthias, which are prone to loosing coloration in brightly lit aquariums.

From what I read, fish should be given vitamins and omega fatty acids. Not all vitamins and fat supplements are the same though. Selcon and zoe con are good for omegas and I use a kent vitamin product. I probably use it once a week. You don't "need" it as they get this from their regular food (how much is the question).....but I do it to ensure they are getting good, stabalized nutrition.
