Hey Greg,
Can I suggest adding battery back ups and emergency preparedness methods?

We just came off an extended outage here and I was surprised at some of the calls I was getting with questions that I thought were basic and commonly understood.
It made me realize that a new tank set up needs to come with a list of basic emergency items and methods.

Yup, I'll for sure touch on this, maybe for EVERY time I do this so people remember. It's SO easy to put one of the pumps on a tank. $12 is a very inexpensive life insurance policy.

and teaching the reasons they work is helpful too.
I find in general people don't realize that it's the water movement and surface agitation that saves and not the bubbles in the water.

Actually, that's not true, but this is not the place to debate.

maybe could have worded that better to include something about the gas exchange verses the air injection perception that many have of an airstone
