WEIRD! Chalice coral help!

I woke up this morning to these weird things coming out/in to my chalice coral. I am not sure if it is some worm, or a tongue of some sort. I have never seen it before maybe someone else has a little insight.

Feeders, Thats how it eats. They extend out of the "eyes" that are actually mouths and catch food with them.

Is it normal for the feeders to be out all day? They still haven't retracted, should I try feeding them?

I've had mine do that mid day...even sometimes just the very end encrusting growing parts. Just let it be, that's normal...freaked me out with my first chalice to lol
