They are Macrodactyla doreensis, they can be in various color and patterns. They can look dramatically different from each others.

This one is less popular these days.
Long Tentacles Anemone (Macrodactyla doreensis)
I rescue this guy from someone when it was only about 2 inch. Now it is about 6 inch and hosting a clownfish.
