What’s going on with my candy canes?

Hi all! Just noticed this with my candy canes. It looks like half of them melted together.
The only thing I can think of is that It could be a buildup of TM all-for-reef. I dose into the display tank, into the return jet, and maybe there’s been a nutrient buildup on those? Anyone seen this before?
