Interesting live rock hitch hikers to watch
Not much algea

Introduced a small cleanup crew to the tank to see what they would do. One member of that crew is a Sally Light foot and she is very dainty looking and cute. So this morning when I found her colorless and motionless on the bottom of the tank I was bummed. So I removed her lifeless body from the tank and while I was looking around I discovered that I must have had a another SLF who had to have been in the LR. Ok Homer Simpson moment here DUHHHHH!! My original SLF had molted not died What was I thinking

Ok so there is a lot to learn :o :o

Sounds like you are off and running. Very common for crabs to molt after introducing them to a new tank.

Thanks Mike

Thanks

We've all been there - the first molting of our first crab - first thought - I killed my first reef inhabitant! Only to find out it's just a molt and the crab is doing great. Sounds like you're on your way Mike. A couple of us are doing a live aquaria group buy in the middle of August - sounds like you might be ready. Let me know if you're insterested. Also, don't forget to come by and get some frags!
