What is this on my new firefish?

I just got him Thursday, and I saw this Friday. To me it looks like a bubble on his left side, but he mostly faces me with his right side so I can’t often get a good view of it. Here is a link to the video I screenshot

Since you have had him for only a couple of days, is it showing any symptoms of parasite? trying to rub against rock or substrate?

It definitely isn’t rubbing against anything. He does perch on the sand, but he is always alert when doing so

If it doesn’t grow, it’s probably just got scratch from transport.

Update: its spread, theres more dots, a lot more. Should I take him back to the fish store?
