What kind of PC light should I buy

Fish junkie
I've been battleing some cyano for awhile now. I don't overfeed, my bioload is super light, And I'm pretty good at a water change every week (rodi water), What I've been doning is every 3-4 weeks or so I shut the lights off for 3 days, that gets rid of the nasty red stuff, but then once their on everything starts over again I cut way back on my lighting. actnics 1pm to 9, regular lights 2-8, moon lights 9-9:30, I'm pretty sure it's the lights,
What kind of pc light should I get, I bought the strip used and it doesn't say what the regular lights are (ex. 10k). It's a FOWLR a few invert (don't know if it matters). No corals will go in. Thanks for the help, any input if you think it's not the lights will help

I just run a normal fluorescent on my FOWLR - no huge algae or cyano issues. It's only on when I'm home at night - about 6 hrs/day.

At the orthopedic the other day they have a saltwater set up, maybe 120 gal. 4 or 5 fish, some fake coral, few snails and LR, They have 2 fluorescent light strips, across the top. I always thought you need special lights for the fish.

nothing special needed for fish or live rock, just for corals, and to some extent the coralline algae, which makes the rocks look a lot nicer. I don't run anything special, and I don't get good coralline growth. That makes my rocks kinda bare and ugly, but they're still doing their job as live rock.

I just pick which lights made the tank look nicest, I like the mix of actinic and daylight for the slight blue color.
