Found this on my glass today...no idea what it is. I hope not something bad.

Or a really tiny rainbow bubble tip anemone

Do you have rics in your tank

I think it moves..it was at the top of the water column this morning. I was thinking the same thing but never seen one like that

It just looks like it got chewed up by something. Or it had a really rough split

actually.. I take that back, I have a couple rics behind a rock that is up against glass (which I can barely see) And..kind of looks like this...which is right below where I found this. I have never kept rics on purpose...do they have the sucker feet like this looks like it has?

No new anything except a Merulina coral from Frag Farmers Market in CT

I dont think they can move like nems. Try placing it some where with no flow and keep it in the cup see if it moves out of the cup over time that will help with to see if its a nem or not

if its a nem, it may be a long tentacle. red foot is why I suspect this.

It is an anemone for sure. Even looks like a baby mag.

its a beat up BTA, its not a mag the tips are wrong and you can see some of them bubbling a little. Does it have white lines on the oral disc? If so BTA
