The star is in the sump. The shrimps are in the main tank. I only feed the shrimps every other week. A leg of the choco star. It takes them about two days to finish one leg. They are a quite happy couple.

Those shrimp are so beautiful! I wish I didn't mind having to feed them stars, I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
BTW, your pictures are always such a pleasure to view. Just Amazing. Do you have a ridiculously expensive awesome camera or are you just that good?

Does this mean that the choco star can regenerate fast enough to keep up, or are you purchasing multiple choco stars? What are you feeding the choco stars?

I dont know if the star is going to regenerate quick enough. I doubt it that it can regenerate a leg in two weeks. I'm thinking about the multiple choco stars but I dont know if I have enough algae in the sump for them. What else do the stars eat?

It should eat any meaty food , maybe even dry foods like shrimp pellets. Choco stars are not reef safe for a reason.
