when should I do my first water change?

It has been just over 2 weeks since I moved my 36 into a 90. My test readings have all been 0 (Ammonia, Nitrite & Nitrates). Skimmer is not producing a whole lot, but I don't have a real heavy bio load.

When should I do my first change and how much do you reccomend doing on that one.

I've had my tank up and running for about 2-3 months with a very light bio load and I haven't changed the water yet. I would recommend considering not changing the water for a while yet. In my mind the stability and consistency of not changing the water outweighed the potential benefit of doing a water change.

My Tank has been up and running for about 4months now.
I waited about a month before I did my 1st change, after that Ive been doing 15-20g ervery week or so.
