This weekend I'm going to empty my sump, remove everything in there, remove old fuge, glue some baffles, drill a huge hole, install the new pump and install the Oceans Motions, put equipment back, refill. Whew, I'm tired already

Hi Armando,

If you did not plan for it already, may i suggest you use unions at all the outputs at the OC. Easy for servicing later/quick removal. I wish i give myself this advice when i set mine up.................

Too dark for pics It needs some adjustments. There's too much flow so I'll eliminate another pump and keep just one. I guess tomorrow after the meeting I'll be busy argh!

And the OM leaks, needs replacement

I am surprised at the amount of flow from the OM. I thought it would restrict flow much like a SQWD does.
I guess there really isn't much to restrict flow after seeing it in action.

it leaks from the "seams". i thought it was my plumbing but it's not

Thats to bad about the OM leaking. I guess nobody is perfect. They seem so well made that I figure very few make it to the consumer and leak. Tough luck.

I wonder how long it will take to get a replacement?

The replacement went out today and you should have it Monday.

The OM's restriction is the same as one 90 degree elbow, the SCWD is like 30%...
