Thank you all for the input.

Stick test is just a strip testor for the basics.
The testing I did and posted came from actual test kits.

I think I need to bring the PH and alk up a bit.
Greg I have been toying with a large water change for a whil looks like I will do one now. Xenia looked better this monring. There is alot of flow in my tank so that is all good.

What do people reccomend for dosing Alk?

Most people use some type of balanced approach to keeping both alkalinity, and calcium up in a tank. This means either a two part solution, like B-ionic, or the homemade versions of it, or kalkwassser (calcium hydroxide water), or a calcium reactor. A lot depends upon how much calcium and alk are consumed by your tank. In the short term if either calcium or alkalinity are off you can do a one time adjustment of them using either calcium chloride, or baking soda.
