Yellow tang has a white- brown spot on its side?

Are you talking about the white bar on its side? It's normal mine used to get when he woke up of got angry...

No not the white bar its below the top fin on his upper body it is a white-brown circular spot

possibly lymphocytisis, if so, there is no treatment and causes few mortalities. it just goes away over time.
