I was just there also. I went to look around, having a strictly softy tank you get pretty limited to new species and colors so browsing becomes a way of life .But while looking in the coral tank ( the one that sprung a leak...) under a frag rack i see a beautiful lime yellowish green devils hand. I had been looking for one for quite a while and it totally made my day, next to it was alos a stubby neon green finger leather so they both came home with me. Good shop and great prices on both pieces, paid the same as if they were just plain old brown toads. I see devils hands like the one i bought on-line for 3 times the price.

ya greg has the best prices. im redoing my 155 and he will be seeing a lot of me. not that he doesnt now lol

Ah it was you that grabbed the pipefish. I should have known! The black sand is looking good.

yup lol. the seahorse needed a friend. loveing the black sand to makes all the colers just pop out to

thanks scotty. always wanted black sand im thinking about doing it in my 155 when i reset it up but idk it was 35$ for the 29 i dont even want to know what it would be for the 155

so I have a question, probably one I should already know
I see your tank is mostly lr & coral
so how does that seahorse survive?
I mean I thought that they needed a particular environment with some algae to hold onto
No or little water movement, etc
should I guess that you have just that or is this creature rerquire something else.
I am intrigued as how long you may have had her/him & how it's doing?
what type it is, I always wanted one but was a bit leary
thanks

he holds onto eveything most the coral are zoes that dont need much water flow. there are a few coral in there right now that need lots of flow that go in the big tank that is not up and running at this time so there only in there temporarily. i dont know the type of seahorse but shes been in there for about 5 month. she eats frozen mysis shrimp

So when do we see more pictures of the 155? Great job with the 29 gallon. It looks like a lot of people are posting sea horse tanks and doing great job.

the tank is empty right now moving it tomorrow. still a lot to do before its wet again. but its in the works i do have a blog but you can only put 10 pics on ot i guess so im thinking of doing a diy
