This one is not inwall, it is set up as a peninsula right next to the door at the back of the house when you walk in. The long side you see in the pic above is the view you get when walking in the door. The other long side has a couch up against it so you can look at the tank while sitting there.

looking very nice...can you give us some system specs?

What do you use for light and how long do you run them?

A bit on the system

There are three tanks that are all connected

40g pictured is on the first floor in my living room and is set up as a peninsula style tank.
lighting - two 150W aquamedic pendants with xm 10k bulbs/ two 39W ATI Blue + T5's
flow - two koralia 1050s plus the return

140g is in the basement and is an in wall set up. Footprint is 3'x3'.
Lighting - 400W XM10k in a full size luminarc reflector / two 24" URI VHO Super Actinics
flow - Reef Flo Dart (3600gph) on an Oceans Motions 4-way alternating flow in the tank.

20g frag tank
lighting - not finalized yet but currently running one 150W Aquamedic pendant and three 39W ATI T5's, ione AB special and two blue +
flow -koralia 750 and two nanos a 425 and 225gph. All power heads are on one end at the surface to create a good gyro flow in the tank

Sump for all three tanks is a 100g rubbermaid trough

Other equipment

Geo 612 calcium reactor with a 6" second chamber, 5# CO2 tank and aquarium plants regulator.

TLF 150 phosban reactor running phosban

Vertex zeovit reactor that is currently just being used for carbon

Skimmer is a bit oversized and is a euroreef 12-1 with a 12" reaction chamber and two Sedra 5000s driving it. This does have a gate valve mod to aid in adjustments.

Top off is done in a very low tech way with a kent gravity float valve and a 20g rubbermaid bin to hold the water.

Pic of the inner workings
