Help !! What's wrong with my hammer

It's been a week now and my hammer has been shut like this.. I have know idea what I is wrong and it is not the water parameters I can guarentee you that all other corals are flourishing as usual.
0 phosphates
.05 nitrates
1.026 salinity
450 Ca
9.4 Alk
8.2 PH
1340 mag
77-78 temp
What the f is going on here ..any help is as always appreciated . Thank you

Do you have clownfish trying to host inside it? Sometimes clowns are overly aggressive when they try to host anemones or lps corals.

Did anything fall on it? When doing a water change did a bit of undisolved salt land on the head and burn it?

Fish picking at it?

I saw a shrimp trying to get food out of it... But that was 1 time and well over a week ago.

I take a guess as the hammer looks healthy to say the shrimp is dinning on it. Peppermint are not always reef safe as the are often mis identified shrimp sold as Peppermints.
