Natural carbon media . You wash it with RDI water for 15 minutes . And then you stick it in your tank on the sump or on your AOI all in one tank. With. a mash bag that comes with it. For 24 hours.

After that, it will be cycled and then you can add what you want Coral’s Fish you name it

That’s correct you can cycle your tank in 24 hours. I know I’ve done it and I’ve used it for the past three years.
