acan growth question

i've had an acan for about month and a half to two months. i have 4 54w t5lights. ammonia nitrate and nitrite all at 0. my calcium is around 400. the acan looks nice and healthy i feed them every other day when i feed the fish. no new heads has grown on it and i was wondering if that seems right. are some just slower growers than others? it's nice looking but i don't think it a rare one by any means. my tank has been set up since the beginning of aug so could it just be the tank need more time to mature? any advice is appreciated as always.

Some are just slow. I've had some for about a year and they've barely grown new heads and I've had some for months that have doubled...

thanks that's what i thought, but wasn't a 100% positive. i was hoping someone with more experience would show up.

my tanks been up for about 16-18 months. I've had PVH's four seasons since July 25th of this year and last night I noticed my first new head growing. Overall i've found corals in my tank take a little time to get situated and then take off really well.

And in my tank the four seasons has gone from 1-2 heads to 10+ in about the same time maybe a little more... Every tank is different...

thanks everyone. i'll just keep doing what i'm doing since they look healthy and hope they start growing soon. my tank is only like 4months old so it could still be young for things to start growing.
