My actinics come on at 8AM and stay on 'til 10PM, with halides for about 10hrs starting at 9AM. I don't think actinics alone can cause any kind of photoinhibition, and I like to enjoy my tanks in the morning and night.

Nice pics Kevin.. What milli is that in your avatar? I have what was sold to me as a rose milli but under the LEDS for the last week has/is turning to yellow coralites and pinkish/rose polyps similar to what that is showing. I did just purchase another "rose" from another place that has "rose" colored coralites and not sure of the polyps as they're alittle bleached right now but clearly one of the 2 is not a rose. Sorry not trying to steal the thread..

Reef Exotic Rainbow Acro, just settling in and on it's way to showing it's colors. It's not even remotely close to a rose Mille, unless you were talking about another pc?

No no.. was talking about the piece I have that was sold to me as a rose but has turned yellow with pink/rose polyps.. Starting to look like what you have there..
